1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing HVACCORE Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

All materials provided on this platform, including but not limited to PDF answers, diagrams, slides, interactive content, and audio guidance, are the exclusive property of HVACCORE Training.

Strictly Prohibited Actions:

  • Copying, downloading, or screenshotting course materials for external use.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or publishing any content from the platform.
  • Sharing login credentials or Discord community access with third parties.

Violation of these IP protections will result in an immediate and permanent BAN from the platform and Discord community without any refund.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the platform has been granted.

As stated in Section 2, users who are banned for violating Intellectual Property or Community rules forfeit all claims to any refunds or compensation.

4. User Conduct

Users are expected to maintain professional behavior in the Discord community. Harassment, spamming, or disruptive behavior may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
